30 Minute Teriyaki Tenders. So filling and great for lunch leftovers!

Serves: 4 Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Of Ginger, grated
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Spring Onions, sliced
1 Lime
2 Packs Of Microwavable Rice
1 Pack Of Green Beans
2 Teaspoons Of Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Of Sesame Seeds
3 Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
6 Tablespoons Of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Of White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Of Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Of Honey
Method
Heat the oven to 220°C. Toss the beans in half of the sesame oil, season and bake in the oven for 10 mins, once ready scatter over the sesame seeds and squeeze half the lime on top.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick pan over high heat, add the veg oil and cook the chicken until browned but not cooked through, 2-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan over medium heat. Mix the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
Next add the, garlic, and ginger to the pan and cook until fragrant and softened. Add the soy sauce mix and bring to a simmer then allow it to thicken slightly, about 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Add chicken to the same pan and toss to coat and cook until fully cooked.
Squeeze the remaining lime into the pan and serve everything on a bed of rice
