Peach Heaven Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
200ml coconut milk
50g frozen peaches
50g frozen mango
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Handful of spinach
Ice cubes if it needs it
Method
Put the frozen peaches, frozen mango, grated ginger, handful spinach and coconut milk into a powerful blender with 100ml water.
Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings and ice cubes if needed.
